We are looking for a candidate who will oversee the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g. enterprise applications SAAS internal infrastructure networking data centers labs etc.). They could also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans define the project/program scope goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise
• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams technology vendors etc.
• Facilitate development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providers
• Effectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/ teams with reinforcing quantitative measures
• Ensure project and program objectives deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope timeline budget and allocated resources
• Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviews
• Identify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programs 8. Manage technology product goals and forecasts.
• Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmap
• Guide execution by applying standard frameworks and developing lifecycle methodologies like agile waterfall etc.

Experience Required

• 6 Years of experience in Project/Program Management.

• Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Drive complex cross-functional technical programs and initiatives across multiple product teams ensuring efficient coordinated delivery and the achievement of defined outcomes and key results.
• Strategic Partnership with Product: Partner closely with Product Managers to translate high-level product strategy into detailed technical requirements and foster a shared understanding of project goals and objectives.
• Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Engineering Managers to define technical delivery components develop accurate effort estimates and create comprehensive actionable delivery plans.
• Capacity & Scope Management: Work in conjunction with Product Line Program Managers to ensure optimal resource allocation capacity planning and appropriate scope distribution across all participating teams.
• Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of project plans to identify potential cross-product or platform impacts proposing strategic adjustments to mitigate negative consequences.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for project communications with external teams and stakeholders (outside of DPE if applicable) ensuring clear consistent and timely information flow.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation fostering effective collaboration communication and knowledge sharing across diverse teams.
