Position Responsibilities:
Developtraining curriculum materials pertaining to HNW products upskilling of HNW knowledge and skills-set.
Undertake effective HNW training for various distribution channels including agency / banca (bank partners) & LFAs.
Developtraining materials & work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful HNW product launches & follow up.
Driving HNW initiatives collaborating with various departments/teams to drive for desired results & outcomes.
Provide soft skills training to boost competencies of HNW reps in the areas of Legacy &Estate Planning Businessinsurance planningetc.
Work with relevant parties to drive ad-hoc initiatives & provide customized training support etc.
Handing HNW enquiries &administrative supportonLMSfor online learners.
Required Qualifications:
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years training experience or sales exposure within the High Net Worth (HNW) segment specifically dealing with financial or insurance products.
CMFAS certification is required. Preferred professional designations inFinancial PlanningorEstate Planningsuch as AFP CFP DPFP or ChFC AEPP etc
Strong communication skills and proven experience in delivering training sessions.
Ability to effectivelycollaboratewith both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint Word Excel) and web-enabling tools such as Canva.
Experience in usingLearning Management Systems(LMS) and creation of online content will be an advantage.
