Lead Porter (Full-Time)
Cleveland OH
Were on a mission to bring delight and good health to office workers across the country. We deliver healthy scratch-made lunches to companies like Vitamix the Cavs and the Guardians.
Were looking for a Lead Porter to take ownership of our dish and sanitation operations. Youll lead our Porter team and play a key role in making sure our kitchen runs smoothly safely and with excellence. This role is hands-on and activeand ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done loves a clean and organized space and finds satisfaction in contributing to a meaningful mission.

What Youll Do:
Team Leadership
- Lead the daily Porter team ensuring lunch trays clamshells silverware and cookware are properly cleaned sanitized and staged
- Make sure team members know what needs to get done each day and how to do it
- Use and enforce daily checklists
- Model our core values and train new team members to do the same
Dishwashing & Tray Assembly
- Ensure dish machine is running properly and reaches proper sanitizing temperatures
- Oversee thorough cleaning of reusable trays clamshells silverware and kitchenwares
- Assemble clean consistent lunch trays (liner napkin note silverware)
- Maintain accurate par levels of trays and clamshells for each days production
Facility Cleanliness & Safety
- Maintain cleanliness of all employee areas: bathrooms hallways breakroom garage etc.
- Keep chemical storage organized and safe
- Uphold high standards of safety sanitation and organization
Maintenance & Oversight
- Flag any issues with dish equipment or cleanliness standards
- Change chemicals run deliming cycles and ensure machines are properly shut down at the end of day
- Ensure no dishes or equipment are left dirty or improperly stored overnight
Training
- Welcome and guide new Porter team members with kindness and clarity
- Demonstrate tasks observe performance and offer feedback
- Help build a strong supportive and reliable team
Schedule & Compensation
Location: Cleveland OH
Pay: $16$18/hour
Schedule: Saturday (10am5pm) MondayThursday (10am6pm)
Status: Full-Time Free shift meals Health insurance & PTO available
