Your role
As our Office Manager you are the beating heart of our office. You ensure everything runs smoothly: from maintaining a welcoming work environment to managing practical processes and handling small administrative tasks. Youll work closely with colleagues from HR and Finance and serve as the first point of contact for all facility IT and organisational matters. You communicate effortlessly with suppliers IT service providers and team members making sure everyone feels supported and at home. As a people-person you are hands-on open energetic motivating and a true connector.
Your responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for team members regarding office questions.
Maintain a clean pleasant and sustainable office environment.
Manage office supplies and order groceries (including lunch on Mondays).
Liaise with suppliers IT partners service providers and the building manager.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes in close collaboration with the Hiring Manager and People Team.
Manage calendars and facilitate key meetings such as client visits and shareholder gatherings.
Take care of small administrative tasks such as invoice management and assist the Finance Manager with basic finance-related administration (e.g. processing invoices preparing expense reports) during peak times.
Identify opportunities to improve the officeboth functionally and atmospherically.
Organising People activities with the team such as our Culture Day Inspiration Sessions Social Drinks and Xmas dinner.

What do you bring
Experience as a (front) office manager or in a similar role preferably in an international environment.
A proactive service-oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
The ability to switch easily between tasks and set clear priorities.
A reliable and independent working style.
Affinity with IT experience with office software (e.g. Microsoft 365 Teams) and the ability to communicate effectively with IT support services.
Experience or affinity with basic finance administration is a plus.
Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
Availability for 15-24 hours per week spread over at least 3 days on-site (in the Amsterdam office).
You are located and eligible to work in the Netherlands and live near or in Amsterdam.
