We are looking for a dedicated Steward to join Toscano Indias F&B Service team in Bengaluru. As a Steward you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting in food and beverage preparation serving customers and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This position is vital to upholding our high standards of service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.
As a Steward at Toscano India you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at delivering top-notch service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your attention to detail strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Take customers orders and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in closing duties such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
