Job Summary
Landmark Builders is seeking a full-time experiencedcommercial construction Senior Project Managerin the Myrtle Beach SC area with specific expertise in coastal hotel resort condominium or multi-family construction.

Job Summary
Working as an integral part of the Landmark Builders operations group this Senior Project Manager will lead project management teams in the execution of large-scale commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create implement and lead project execution plans for complex fast-tracked and multi-phased projects adjusting as necessary to address changing needs and requirements.
- Delegate important project tasks and processes such as plan revisions submittals RFIs pay applications and change orders and hold team members accountable.
- Train and develop team members at other levels in the organization.
- Develop and manage project budgets updating job cost/profit forecasts monthly.
- Generate maintain and execute detailed projectschedules.
- Coordinate with construction partners to buy out project scopes and prepare all purchase orders and subcontractoragreements.
- Secure and obtain required permits approvals and public utilities.
- Lead meetings with operations staff owners designers and subcontractors.
- Assist Project Superintendents in maintaining quality control and safety standards.
- Ensure timely material acquisition anddeliveries.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and manage client expectations.
- Maintain open lines of communication with field staff senior management owners architects subcontractors etc. keeping the entire team informed of project issues and changes.
- Ensure that Landmark is a fair construction partner at all times.
Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 10 years of experience inProject Management
- Proven ability to lead project management teams and large-scale projects.
- Significant experience managing coastal hotel resort condominium or multi-family construction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented focus
