Role Summary
This is a field-based Project Manager role responsible for managing construction projects from initiation through completion. The role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion
- Facilitate project planning sessions and define scope objectives and milestones
- Develop project plans timelines budgets and performance goals
- Track progress manage risks and resolve project issues
- Communicate project status risks and updates to stakeholders and sponsors
- Coordinate resources and guide project team members
- Maintain project documentation notes and reports
- Capture and share project learnings and best practices
Required Background
- 5 10 years of construction project management experience
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience managing budgets schedules and project risks
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving abilities
