Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Coordinator in our Sales Department to join our team of high performing and dedicated Business Development professionals.

If you are an organized outgoing person with excellent phone skills we want you coordinating the activities of our business development team! As our new Coordinator youll schedule appointments on behalf of our Business Development Managers (BDMs) then coordinate the numerous activities needed to ensure every opportunity is effectively managed.

Your role is not to sell our BDMs do this role youll focus on using your friendly phone demeanor and hard-won organizational expertise to keep our BDMs busy and as effective as they can be.

On any particular day you will:

  • Participate in daily work in progress meetings and help identify key prospects to pursue
  • Set meetings for a business development manager and arrange related and travel logistics
  • Update our CRM with post-meeting data promptly after the BDMs appointments
  • Work with our Customer Service team and/or price management to provide quotations

Qualifications:

Your skills and enthusiasm for sales and marketing are more important than industry experience but if you have experience in the Automotive Aftermarket thats a definite plus. If you have database and CRM experience we love that too!

  • At least 2 years in an executive assistant or senior sales coordinator role
  • High school diploma
  • A smooth competent and professional phone manner
  • A confident and outgoing personality
  • Technologically savvy able to learn new CRM technology and understand highly technical product lines
  • Great organizational skills and an inquisitive nature
  • MS Office proficiency particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • CRM experience is preferred but not essential

Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday with flexible hours ranging between 7:00AM to 8:00PM EST as defined by business need.
