Job Description
BDC Sales Representative
Are you a natural communicator who thrives on turning conversations into opportunities Were looking for a driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our fast-paced customer-focused team! In this role youll connect with potential customers manage incoming leads and help drive sales by showcasing the value of our products and services.
What youll be doing:
- Respond quickly to leads via phone email or online
- Build connections with potential customers to uncover their needs
- Share product info promotions and highlight key benefits
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and create success stories
- Keep accurate organized notes in our CRM system
What were looking for:
- Sales or customer service experience (automotive/BDC a plus!)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A knack for spotting and seizing sales opportunities
- Comfortable with phone or virtual sales interactions
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools
- Team player with a motivated target-driven mindset
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast-moving environment
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
