Are you a confident communicator who loves engaging with people and driving outcomes CAPITAL is looking for a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our high-energy customer-first this role youll be the first point of contact for potential customersbuilding relationships managing leads and creating meaningful experiences that fuel our sales success.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engage with new leads quickly and professionally via phone email and digital platforms
Build rapport and ask the right questions to understand customer needs and intent
Present product information promotions and value in a compelling customer-focused way
Stay informed on current inventory market trends and competitor offerings
Partner with your team to hit goals celebrate wins and drive performance
Maintain accurate organized documentation in our CRM system
What Were Looking For:
Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive or BDC experience is a plus!)
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Comfortable working in a phone- and digitally-driven sales environment
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and sales platforms
Team-oriented goal-driven and motivated to succeed
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced evolving environment
Must pass pre-employment screenings
