Job Summary

BDC Sales Representative

Are you a natural communicator who thrives on turning conversations into opportunities Were looking for a driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our fast-paced customer-focused team! In this role youll connect with potential customers manage incoming leads and help drive sales by showcasing the value of our products and services.

What youll be doing:

  • Respond quickly to leads via phone email or online
  • Build connections with potential customers to uncover their needs
  • Share product info promotions and highlight key benefits
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit goals and create success stories
  • Keep accurate organized notes in our CRM system

What were looking for:

  • Sales or customer service experience (automotive/BDC a plus!)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A knack for spotting and seizing sales opportunities
  • Comfortable with phone or virtual sales interactions
  • Tech-savvy with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Team player with a motivated target-driven mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic fast-moving environment
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
