About the opportunity
As a Senior Case Manager youll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex employee relations cases from investigations and disciplinary processes to performance management and grievance resolution. You will be the advisor for senior leaders offering strategic guidance grounded in employment legislation enterprise agreements and University policy.
Working within a collaborative cross-functional environment youll partner with Workplace Relations Legal Safety & Wellbeing and union stakeholders to ensure cases are managed with professionalism empathy and compliance. Your ability to influence document and drive resolution will be key to supporting a consistent and risk-informed approach across the University.
You will also mentor People & Wellbeing Business Partners helping build confidence and consistency in managing sensitive employee matters. This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity values fairness and is passionate about shaping a workplace culture that supports wellbeing and accountability. While our preference is for the successful candidate to be based in one of our university campuses remote working arrangements would be considered for the right applicant.

Salary details
Appointment to this role will be at HEO 8 and will have a total remuneration package of up to $152033 comprising base salary within the range of $114282 to $129943 plus 17% superannuation.
