Lead Indonesia channels to deliver on revenue targets and build /develop direct key accounts

Experience

The Indonesia Sales Development Manager will serve as a liaison between sales marketing and product management to:

  • Define country market trends and customer needs for Laboratory products
  • Able to find opportunities and improve product offerings to customers through channel network and direct customer access
  • Find new customers; Incubate products and solutions with early adopters.
  • Nurture strategic partnerships. Help build winning proposals to regional leaders
  • Implement vertical initiatives across life science Research & Academia F&B Industrial Pharma Healthcare e.g. KoL development collecting Voice of Customer training establishing reference labs
  • Work closely with regional marketing and commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive growth
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of all business development activities
  • Manage the sales bookings and revenue forecasting process for predictable business
  • Performance measurement closely tied to revenue performance.

Education

  • Min. Bachelor of Science degree in Life Science or equivalent field
  • 5 years of experience in leading local distributors within the life science industry
  • Prior experience in selling directly or managing a sales team in Singapore will be advantageous
  • Strong business insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to read write and converse in English

Working in a commercial office setting with high frequency of customer visits.
