What Youll Be Rocking:
- The Spotlight: Be the welcoming face and voice of our service answering calls promptly and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
- The Gig: Get meals from the kitchen to the guests door on time and with a professional flourish.
- The Encore: Handle the financial finaleprocessing payments and ensuring every transaction is accurate.
- The Stage Prep: Maintain a super clean and sanitary workstation menus and tools.

Responsibilities
- Takes food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guest rooms.
- Ensures meal is received in a timely manner.
- Ensures all guests have a fantastic first and last impression through outstanding guest service relations.
- Maintains cleanliness of workstation menus and all other tools necessary for the position.
- Answers the telephone and provides excellent phone etiquette.
- Performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered.
- Upholds a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Promotes the Big Six; encourages a fun friendly quick comfortable clean and safe environment.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This is an entry-level position with little to no previous work experience required.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays in a setting that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
