Job Summary

We have both Casual and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available.

Upcoming Induction

Your first week will be a5-day face-to-face inductionto welcome you to the business and also provide TCI training. If successful you will be required to attend the next upcoming induction:

Monday 10th November - Friday 14th November 9am-5pm.

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting young people with daily routines care and activities
Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
Creating safe structured therapeutic environments
Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
Working collaboratively on individualised care plans

What Youll Bring

Completed or currently studying a Diploma of Community Services (or related field)
If you identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you may be eligible for an exemption
Full Australian Drivers License First Aid and CPR Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check
Empathy resilience and a solutions-focused mindset
Availability across a range of shifts including weekends and overnights
