ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDirects credit & incentives procurement projects for DMA clientsInteracts with DMA and client personnelOversees communications with client team including tax real estate operations and C-suiteWorks with state local and other economic development officials to maximize incentivesParticipates in business development efforts within assigned region(s)Participates in marketing and communications initiativesResponsible for quality of result and client satisfaction within assigned region(s) Maintains excellent knowledge of state local federal and utility incentivesRepresents clients and presents projects during public meetingsConducts on-site inspection of client plants and operationsWorks with business development professionals and operations leadership to drive incentive opportunities for clients and prospective clientsProvide leadership direction and guidance to coach motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career developmentNON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipate in the talent acquisition process for the team to add top talentPerform other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics Business Administration or related field required7 years experience in credits & incentives property tax consulting or related fieldAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Outlook and WordOrganizational and interpersonal skills requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsValid drivers license
