Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and tech-savvy HR Manager to take full ownership of the Human Resources department for our ABA therapy company. This role oversees HR compliance onboarding/offboarding employee relations and leads a team of two (a supervisor and an onboarding specialist). The HR Manager will be instrumental in building structure implementing SOPs and fostering a supportive workplace culture.

Warm approachable and culturally sensitive in employee interactions
Hands-on and proactive in creating efficient HR processes
Lead and oversee all HR functions ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
Manage employee onboarding offboarding and personnel records
Develop and implement SOPs to streamline HR operations
Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution
Supervise support and mentor the HR Supervisor and Onboarding Specialist
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Proven HR management experience (minimum 46 years preferred)
Proficiency in HR software and digital tools
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong communication judgment and problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced mission-driven environment
