Job Description
We are looking for theProduction Coordinatorfor performing dailyproduction management work find quality problems and packaging operations in the work and timely feedback cooperate with the production activities of eachfunction role will coordinate with partners and plant operation teams to engage understand and initiate thecoordination you possess the requirements we are seeking for this exciting role is for you!
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collaborate with production supervisors participate in digitalization and automation projects optimize production processes and improve efficiency;
- Analysis and improvement tracking of production completion status
- Responsible for the application inventory management and cost control of indirect materials;
- Responsible for on-site material outsourcing work coordinating outsourcing progress;
- Coordinate on-site NCR material repair processing;
- Complete the data organization of daily weekly and monthly reports on time
- Coordinate internal affairs with relevant departments;
- Stay in sync with the companys safety rules and regulations and have safety awareness.
- Complete the production plan tasks and production indicators issued by the department andcooperate with the team.
- Complete other work assigned by outstanding.

For This Role You Will Need:
- High school/secondary school education or above major is not limited.
- Have experience in SAP or ERP operations
- Learn quickly self-driven positive working demeanor.
- Engaged in production site management work in more than 3 years familiar with production processes with experience in the valve industry preferred.
- Experience in mechanical products or valve assembly is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative and team oriented environment as well as independently.
- Result oriented proactive and with good team spirit and communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Production work in valve industry background is preferred.
