Main responsibilities/工作职责:
Ensure Safety first and quality over delivery on daily work.
确保工作中安全第一 质量大于交付
Follow up company safety rule (Stop-Wait-Call) and escalation process strictly.
严格执行公司的安全规章制度停止-等待-呼叫和事故上报流程
Drive and support improvement projects in Production 4 areas ( Material Operator C/O Tech)
主导和协助整个生产部门物料作业员技术员C/O的改善项目
Support shift TC to do the follow-up of trouble shootings in Production 4 areas ( Material Operator C/O Tech)
协助班组TC对整个生产部门各个区域物料作业员技术员C/O的问题进行跟进
Identify the whole shift (all function area: Material Operator Technician and (C/O) focus points and lead the actions follow up
主动识别班组所有区域物料作业员技术员换模换色关注点并跟进
Assist managers and leaders to coordinate and arrange daily work ensure smooth operation of daily production.
协助经理或主管进行日常工作的协调及安排确保日常生产的顺利运营
Work with other TCs to support production plan and accomplish other tasks.
和其他TC一起协助生产计划完成其他任务
Ensure achievement of team KPIs in SQDCP. Do related improvement actions on unaccomplished ones.
确保团队中SQDCP KPI的达成如果没有达成的应有相应的改善行动
Be a backup as TC role in case of TC has absence.
当班组TC请假缺勤时作为一个替补TC暂代工作
Consistently fulfill improvement both on safety and cost reduction
在安全和成本方面持续改进
Ensure compliance with related requirements on quality cost Moulding area.
确保注塑区域符合质量和成本等相关要求
Develop train confirm and improve standardized workflow.
发展培训确认并提升标准化工作的流程
Training/培训职责:
Provide and ensure correct process implementation and smooth process confirmation in production area. Provide and ensure running of trainings.
提供生产区域内流程的正确使用以及流程确认的顺利进行团队培训工作的顺利进行
Work closely with departments training team e.g. process confirmation on completion rate and document control.
与本部门培训团队紧密合作比如流程确认的完成率以及对文件的管控
LCI/持续改善:
Support and drive Moulding Production area continuous improvement activities.
支持并推动注塑生产区域内的持续改善活动
Support managers continuous improvement projects.
支持经理的持续改善项目
Support LCI departments evaluation.
支持持续改善部门的评估
Be able to develop train confirm and improve standardized workflow.
能够发展培训确认并提升标准化工作的流程
Trouble shooting skill with PPS tool
运用PPS等工具解决工作中的问题
Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager
完成上级主管安排的其它任务
Requirement 要求
Engineering major is preferred;
工科专业优先;
Relevant experience in injection molding production;
具备相关的注塑生产经验;
Work actively and conscientiously
工作积极认真能吃苦耐劳;
Good communication and coordination skills;
具备良好的沟通协调能力;
Good English listening speaking reading and writing skills;
良好的英语听说读写能力;
