Location: Gurgaon

About the role:
As Head of Development youll lead the evolution of our Onecloud applicationour customer-facing platform for self-serve capabilities and analytics. Youll guide a talented development team shape architectural decisions and drive continuous improvement across our systems and processes. What makes you a great fit:
- 5 years experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end skills
- Expert in Angular HTML/CSS JavaScript (C#)
- Experience with Zero Google BigQuery SQL Server and Postgres
- Skilled in deploying applications via Kubernetes Cloud Run and Cloud Functions
- Familiarity with Redis and Elasticsearch for performance optimization
- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable design principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about UI/UX and delivering intuitive user experiences
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Committed to continuous learning and technical innovation
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support a fast-paced development team providing coaching and mentorship
- Guide architectural decisions coding standards and best practices
- Participate in sprint planning project estimation and delivery tracking
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through tools processes and methodologies
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear development goals
- Provide regular updates on development progress and product releases
- Plan and execute out-of-hours deployments to ensure smooth releases
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards across the team
- Support onboarding of new products and ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
