About BYD France
BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles including all-electric cars buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.
Department: Network Development
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the distribution network by identifying and prospecting potential dealers across France.
- Lead negotiations with dealers and owners to establish new sales and service points.
- Oversee the entire process of setting up new dealerships from site selection to launch.
- Ensure new dealerships align with BYDs standards for sales and aftersales operations.
- Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to support dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
- Regularly travel within France to prospect evaluate and secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in network development dealership network expansion or a similar role.
- Strong background in both sales and aftersales operations within the automotive industry.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with dealers and business owners.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout France for prospecting and dealer support.
- Results-driven with strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
