Job Summary

A leading retail organization is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Chartered Accountant to join their dynamic Finance team.

Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (IFRS etc.).
Prepare and file tax returns and other statutory filings.
Assist with the annual audit process.
Prepare budgets and forecasts.
Perform variance analysis and identify areas for cost optimization.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
Assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
Maintain professional relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.
