Job Summary

Role in the Wellness and Team Building industry. We need a hands-on, driven leader to grow the business with a small team and make a real impact.

Role is eligible for monthly commission.

What You’ll Do

Oversee operations including logistics, scheduling, event delivery, and exceptional client service.
Rebuild structure and processes while supporting growth.
Lead and mentor a small team, creating accountability and alignment.
Drive business development through training and facilitation.
Client Liaison, building client relationships and retention.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in managing training, corporate learning, facilitation, or wellness.
A warm “people person” who also brings structure and resilience.
Someone who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment.
Passion for team development, wellness, and sustainable growth.
Excellent PC skills including experience using CRM systems such as PipeDrive.
Client focussed and goal orientated.
