Duties:
* Oversee Operations-Wear Many Hats
* Produces value-added employee results by implementing recruitment selection orientation training coaching counseling and disciplinary programs; communicating values; assigning accountability; planning monitoring and appraising job results; compensating for results.
* Achieves financial objectives by forecasting functional requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; analyzing and recommending information and trends for senior executive decision making.
* Serves customers by establishing critical service factors; maintaining quality service and operations; analyzing defining developing and providing systems and resources; assessing results; anticipating trends.

Must Meet This Criteria:
Work experience and skill set:
- Casual Full Service or Quick Service is expected and required
- A minimum of 10 years as a Director of Operations for a multi unit restaurant group of 6 plus units. Strong tenure.
- A minimum of five years experience as General Manager of a high volume full service restaurant
- New restaurant opening experience from ground up
- Scale company
