DescriptionYRCI is seeking full-time Operations Director and Center Lead to support an opportunity with the Department of Commerce (DOC). The well qualified candidate shall:
Provideoverall management of the contractors day to day operations including resources staff facilities contact center business processing and technologies.
Serveas the operational liaison between the contractors operations team Enterprise Services (ES) and other appropriate stakeholders.
Identify manage and escalateissues and risks impacting operational performance.
Drive continuous improvement and efficiency efforts across operations.
Work closely with other ES private and public partners to deliver integrated service to ES so that ES can provide service to end customers.
Manage operational performance against performance measures (e.g. KPIs SLAs etc.)
RequirementsMinimum Requirements:
- 15 years of Program Management experience.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience providing supervisory functions.
- Influential in promoting the customer perspective and focused on improving the customer experience.
- Problem solving skills ability to analyze any service issue and resolve expediently.
- Self-motivated self-directed persistent and detail oriented.
- Empower employees through delegation of tasks and projects.
- Develop staffing plans to achieve SLAs as efficiently as possible
