New Year New Opportunity! Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking an assistant director of nursing to join our nurse leadership team!

As the assistant director of nursing (ADON) you will:

• supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
• oversee infection prevention
• complete wound care
• provide staff education
• conduct internal audits
• ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
• participate in an on-call rotation

Required Qualifications:

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• wound care certification is preferred
