About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst (15 years) to join our this role youll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring solutions are designed documented and delivered to meet complex enterprise needs. This is a senior-level position where youll provide strategic direction review technical designs and help modernize business systems while mentoring junior analysts.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced hybrid environments enjoys working hands-on with stakeholders at all levels and has a strong background in solution design responsive applications and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs.
Review and validate technical specifications for accuracy completeness and quality standards.
Partner with developers architects and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals.
Lead discussions with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical limitations.
Support decision-making on whether to build buy or modernize solutions.
Assess existing systems for gaps and design improvements through new features third-party integrations or enhancements.
Mentor junior BAs share best practices and contribute to the professional growth of the team.
Deliver clear concise documentation process flows and diagrams to support enterprise projects.

Top Skills & Experience:

15 years as a Business Analyst with proven large-scale IT project experience.
10 years collaborating on technical designs with architects and developers.
Expertise in responsive design and human-centered application development.
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and other SDLC methodologies.
Experience with enterprise integrations APIs cloud and middleware solutions.
Skilled in process modeling data analysis and business process mapping.
Clear confident communication skills - able to engage technical teams and executives alike.
