Job Summary
Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (Agile Texas Medicaid/CHIP BPR)
Location: Austin TX (Onsite - Local candidates Only)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Mandatory Qualifications- Strong experience reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs
- Proven ability to formulate system solutions that align with overall business strategies
- Hands-on experience with business process reengineering
- Demonstrated ability to identify and apply new technology solutions to business problems
- Experience working in an Agile environment preferably using SAFe methodology
- Knowledge of Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) processes
- Familiarity with Texas Medicaid and Childrens Health Insurance Program (CHIP) systems
- Review analyze and evaluate existing business systems and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document user requirements and translate them into effective system solutions
- Design and recommend system enhancements that align with organizational and business strategies
- Support business process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and propose innovative technology solutions to address business challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to support system development and delivery
- Provide analysis and support for systems related to Texas HHSC programs including Medicaid and CHIP
