Strategic Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for SAP projects.

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of test managers and engineers fostering a collaborative and high- performance environment.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of test plans ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP systems.

Defect Management: Manage defect tracking and resolution processes ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.

Stakeholder Communication: Communicate testing progress issues and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in testing methodologies.
