Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant Interfaces Specialist
Experience Required:
- 4 8 years of experience in ADP Workforce Software with a strong focus onInterfaces and Configuration.
- Hands-on experience in interface design development and integration of
- Workforce Software with SAP Employee Central / Success Factors HRIS and
Payroll systems.
Certifications:
Workforce Time Interfaces Certification (mandatory).
- CT103 CT104 or PT102 (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Interface Design & Development:
- Lead the design and customization of interfaces between Workforce Softwareand external systems.
- Utilize APIs (REST/SOAP) ETL tools and middleware to ensure seamless
data exchange.
- Develop scalable and secure interface architectures.
System Integration & Data Mapping:
- Configure and implement data mapping and transformation processes.
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms.
- Integrate cloud-based and on-premise systems (e.g. AWS Azure).
Testing & Optimization:
- Create and execute test plans for interface validation.
- Monitor and optimize performance error handling and data throughput.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve integration issues.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain detailed documentation of interface configurations data flows and
issue resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR HIPAA and other data governance standards.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored interface
solutions.
- Provide training technical support and change management guidance.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Agile project management experience (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
