Role: Managing Business Consultant ServiceNow BPC
Rate: $70/ hr CAD
Location: Onsite Vancouver BC
Following the expansion of new clients into the Fujitsu SaaS ServiceNow practice we are seeking a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong consulting experience and a proven record of successful ServiceNow engagements.

- Lead business process workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvements for SecOps modules
- Design configure and implement ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to integrate threat intelligence vulnerability scanners and other security tools
- Optimize workflows and automation to enhance incident response efficiency and vulnerability remediation
- Provide guidance on platform governance best practices and ServiceNow roadmaps
- Support UAT user training and documentation for delivered solutions
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies throughout implementations
- Bachelors degree with 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Security Operations specifically SIR & VR
- Experience integrating third-party security tools (e.g. Qualys Tenable Rapid7 Splunk etc.)
- Proficient in ServiceNow process design configuration scripting (JavaScript/Glide) and implementation
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and their application in security operations
- Strong analytical communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Certified Implementation Specialist Vulnerability Response (VR)
