Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning of kennels cages and public areas.
Feed and play with our pets staying for boarding.
Stock all cleaning supplies
Clean and sanitize surgical instruments. prepare surgical packs as needed.
Clean fold and organize kennel laundry.
Assist the technicians and doctors in medical surgical diagnostic and dental procedures restraining patients.
Unpack daily supply deliveries
Perform clinical laboratory procedures.
May be exposed to unpleasant odors
Must be able to work weekend shifts to attend boarders

Qualifications

Must love animals and have at least 1 year of animal experience as kennel technician to be able to provide direct care and support for pets of all shape and sizes.
Must be able to work constantly in the presence of other staff members and clients.
Required to work some hours on weekends.
Works requires lifting up to 40 lb patients and equipment and well as standing for extended periods of time.
