Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) Senior Manager

About the Role

PwC is hiring a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) Subject Matter Expert to lead solution strategy and delivery across clinical medical patient services and (medtech/pharma) commercial workstreams. Youll translate regulated lifesciences processes into scalable compliant solutions on Salesforceunlocking participant management advanced therapy orchestration pharmacy benefits verification field inventory and datadriven engagement using Data Cloud and Agentforce where appropriate.

What Youll Do

Solution Leadership

  • Own the LSC roadmap & blueprint (MVP scale) across Clinical Medical Patient Services and Commercial; align capabilities to business outcomes and regulatory constraints.

  • Drive endtoend architecture spanning Salesforce core LSC Data Cloud MuleSoft Shield Experience Cloud; define integration security and data governance patterns.

  • Author process maps data models validation deliverables (GxP/21 CFR Part 11) and fit/gap assessments.

Clinical & Advanced Therapies

  • Stand up Participant Recruitment & Enrollment site & sponsor processes and safety/traceability controls (chain of custody esignatures blinded workflows).

  • Implement Advanced Therapy Management (cell/gene): multistep scheduling orchestration and chainofidentity/custody tracking.

Patient Services

  • Implement Pharmacy Benefits Verification (PBV)guided verification payer responses (coverage copay coinsurance deductible) and program automation.

  • Deploy Patient Program Outcome Management (PPOM)define outcomes/indicators capture PROMs and use Einstein to generate outcome summaries and early dropoff risk insights (FHIRaligned model).

Medical & Commercial (as applicable)

  • Enable Medical Affairs workflows (inquiry management/MIRFs content governance KOL/HCP insights) with audit trails.

  • For medtech and/or pharma field teams configure Product Catalog Management and Field Inventory Management (kits lots/batches replenishment mobile access).

Data Integrations & AI

  • Stand up Data Cloud unification for patient/HCP/HCO/site data; activate segments and nextbest actions; integrate realtime signals.

  • Design and govern integrations (EHR/LIS/payer hubs specialty pharmacy safety/PV ERP) via MuleSoft Platform Events Change Data Capture (CDC) and FHIR/HL7/NCPDP standards.

  • Evaluate and operationalize Agentforce use cases (assistants/agents for clinical ops patient services or field teams) with appropriate humanintheloop and compliance controls.

What Youll Bring (MustHave)

  • 12 years on Salesforce; 5 years in regulated life sciences (pharma biotech medtech).

  • Handson delivery with LSC across at least two pillars (e.g. PBV PPOM Participant Management Advanced Therapy Management Field Inventory/PCM).

  • Strong data modeling in HLS/LSC (Care Program Care Program Enrollee Medication/Benefits Sites/Studies) and security (Shield consent field audit data minimization).

  • Proven solution architecture: multicloud designs (Core/Service/Experience/Health/LSC) Data Cloud MuleSoft APIled integration eventdriven patterns.

  • Validation & compliance delivery (CSV: IQ/OQ/PQ) 21 CFR Part 11 Annex 11 HIPAA/GDPR/PII policies.

  • Excellent stakeholder facilitation; clear documentation (BRD/FRD/DS data dictionaries) and agile leadership.

Nice to Have

  • OmniStudio (FlexCards OmniScripts) for patient assessments and guided flows in LSC.

  • Platform Events / CDC for crossorg sync; Salesforce Connect/external data virtualization.

  • Medical Affairs experience (MIRFs KOL management scientific exchange content).

  • Field Service for medtech (loaners/consignment/UDI) Commerce/Order Management addons.

  • VeevaSalesforce migration experience (data model mapping content & consent change mgmt).

Certifications (Preferred)
