The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Integration Testing team you will lead the development and implementation of integration testing strategies for complex systems. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team đảm bảo project success while maintaining top standards and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of integration testing strategies for intricate systems
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and uphold quality standards
- Provide guidance in integration automation testing and defect identification
- Confirm adherence to recommended methodologies in testing processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and propose enhancements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations
- Utilize analytical skills to assess testing outcomes and drive impactful solutions
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 7 to 11 years of experience in integration testing
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Ability to create and execute complex SQL queries for data validation
- Skilled in debugging and diagnosing integration issues across platforms
- Experience in data integration and ETL processes
- Understanding of various integration architectures
- Prior experience in leading test teams or projects
- Certifications in testing methodologies or tools (ISEB/ISTQB)
