Requirements
- Degree in Engineering Project Management Risk Management Quality Management Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 years in managerial role on large-scale capital works projects project delivery construction the rail industry or other similar regulated environments especially in integrated project control cost schedule & planning commercial risk and assurance roles
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee and implement the assurance processes procedures and tools to ensure alignment with corporate frameworks and governance
- Coordinate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) project teams and independent assurance advisors to execute integrated assurance activities across projects compile assurance reports and monitor the progress of follow-up actions
- Provide support on commercial cost schedule & planning risk domains technical scope information safety quality and environmental domains on assurance reviews
- Provide advice on assurance matters including risk identification and mitigation and support the evaluation of emerging and known risks
- Monitor and support regular reviews of Project Integrated Assurance Plans to ensure effective delivery and compliance with assurance requirements
- Coordinate with project teams the second and third line of defense and external stakeholders to monitor and report assurance outcomes to relevant parties
- Support innovation and digitalisation within assurance processes including the development of digital assurance tools and project information systems while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
