About the Role:
Provide a warm professional welcome to priority clients and guests ensuring a memorable first impression.
Support client events and activities coordinating refreshments and amenities with attention to detail.
Maintain space readiness ensuring the office area/lounge is well-presented comfortable and client-ready at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks and coordinate closely with the Branch Service Manager and internal teams.
Act as a trusted host engaging clients with professionalism discretion and integrity in all interactions.
About You:
2 years experience in hospitality guest relations reception or customer service.
Diploma/Bachelors degree (D3/D4/S1) with strong interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
Professional image polished demeanor and confidence when engaging executive-level clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and stay proactive during quiet periods.
High level of integrity accountability and trustworthiness when handling sensitive client interactions.
Comfortable supporting events and serving in a high-touch client-facing environment.
