How did it all start

Founded on March 15 1991 in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank) the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
countrys forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform
Tunaiku.

Responsibilities:

    • Conduct daily periodic and ad-hoc reconciliation of financial transactions across internal systems and external partners (e.g payment gateways e-wallets core banking platforms)
    • Identify investigate and resolve transactional discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance Technology Operations and Product teams to support process improvements and automation initiatives
    • Support audits compliance reviews and internal reporting by maintaining accurate documentation standard operating procedures and controls related to transaction in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
    • Liase with third-party partners to ensure resolution of mismatched transactions and settlement related issues.
    • Drive enhancements to internal workflows by proactively identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with the team to implement solutions.
    • Perform ad-hoc task or special assignments as required

Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of work experiences especially in high volume data processing settlements or payment operations within digital banking fintech or financial services
    • Understanding of digital transaction flows (e.g API - based payments QRIS e-money VA top-ups refunds)
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with experience using SQL queries Excel (Macro VBA Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets (Apps Script)
    • Fluent in English language (oral and written)
This role will be directly reported to Transaction and General Affair Circle Lead and will be act to review the services to customer Digital Banking Customer Services performance and activity in accordance with company regulations.

Our keen eye for finance wont go unnoticed at Amar Bank. We do budgeting investor relations-managing and assisting executives in making decisions that affect the organization.

Its our job to take responsibility for the financial health of the organization. We act as the floodgates when money comes in and goes out. We also collaborate closely with top executives and departments to innovate an idea-friendly organizational financial culture.
