About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Catering & Nutritional Team Leader to manage our catering teams across multiple sites. You will supervise staff ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and deliver a high-quality catering service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supervise and organise cooks and kitchen assistants.
• Ensure adequate staffing and deployment of catering staff.
• Implement recruitment induction training and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety environmental health and health and safety standards.
• Deliver nutritious meals that meet individual dietary and cultural requirements.
• Maintain clean and safe catering and dining environments.
• Respond to feedback from citizens and families regarding food and dining experiences.
• Support food-related social and leisure activities.
• Monitor budgets manage stock and procure quality food cost-effectively.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in catering management ideally in adult provision or similar settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene safety and nutrition standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive enthusiastic and collaborative approach.
