Job Summary
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations leading a team to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. Youll work in a fast-paced environment supporting workflows and driving continuous improvement.
Working Hours:
The main working hours for this role will be Monday Friday 09:00-17:00 however flexibility will be key to this role in providing absence sickness & holiday cover to the following Team Leaders shifts. Sunday Thursday 22:00-06:00 Monday Friday 06:00-14:00 & Monday Friday 14:00-22:00.
Qualifications :
As Warehouse Team Leader you will
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily KPIs.
- Oversee receiving storing picking packing and dispatching processes.
- Allocate tasks and monitor performance for accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Support training and development of team members.
What youll bring
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead motivate and develop a team.
- Forklift licence and basic computer literacy.
