Job Summary
Our clients company is a regional full-service brokerage offering Personal Commercial and Group Benefits lines of insurance. With a strong presence in NV UT and CA they are known for their multiple offices strong leadership and resources to support producers. Currently they are seeking a Commercial Producer to join their team in the Southwest region focusing on expanding their presence in Las Vegas and Phoenix.
Responsibilities
- Generate own prospects network establish credibility build strong relationships and pipelines consult on business and close deals.
- Review client exposures loss experience current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services annually.
- Create and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling Commercial Lines with an independent broker with validated experience.
- Ability to generate prospects network establish credibility build strong relationships and pipelines consult on business and close deals.
- Referrals should have a book of business that can be brokered or transitioned or a business plan outlining existing relationships and target markets.
