Commercial Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join a well-established and growing team. The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.
Compensation Package
- Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
- 401(k): 3% match at 100% 4% match at 3.5%.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 17 days annually with the ability to carry over unused days. Additional 2 days awarded at the end of the year. Flexible PTO policy open to negotiation.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Focus on generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
- Collaborate with a dedicated servicing team to ensure seamless client support allowing you to focus on sales.
- Work with top carriers including Erie Cincinnati Auto Owners Travelers Liberty Chubb and Donegal to provide clients with the best coverage options.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in commercial lines insurance.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated hardworking and results-driven with a commitment to upholding core values.
- Ability to work remotely with limited in-office requirements; candidates based in the Pittsburgh metro area are preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references as part of the hiring process.
