Job Title: Game Producer
Job Summary:As a Game Producer you will act as the primary liaison between the external game developer and the internal development team. This role will work with members of the production team and studio leadership to ensure timely delivery and updates of the product triaging issues and determining next steps.

- Demonstrated ability to assess progress and quality and escalate challenges in a timely manner
- Proven ability to engage directly with executives synthesize feedback on complex projects and prioritize actionable outcomes
- Manage prioritization of tasks bugs design iteration and user/tester feedback
- Break down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide the development team
- Maintain clear and consistent documentation production reports and progress updates for internal leadership
- Help coordinate patches updates and live service events to maintainplayer engagement post-launch
- Track recordof data informed decision making with an ability toidentifyand review project metrics independently
- Contribute to building processes standardization and best practices
Whatyoullbring
- Five (5) - seven (7) years of related professional experience working on a AAA brand two (2) - three (3) years of experience as a publishing producer for games
- Prior experience bringing a successful PC/Mac/mobile game to market
- Experience working with external studios IP (Intellectual Property) holders and internal cross-disciplinary teams
- Experience with mobile app store release workflow
- The ability to understand and adapt your communication style to match the needs of your audience
- Experience making decisions in a complex and occasionally ambiguous environment
- Diverse experience with Jira for task management and bug tracking database setup organizationand with will be relevant
- A passion for making and playing great games with an awareness of current titles and industry trends
- Ability to travel up to 2 times per year domestically or internationally
- Fluency in Latin American Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese is a strong plus but not required
Base Salary Range: For this role new hires generally start between $127000.00 - $152000.00 per year. The full range is $127000.00 - $194000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
