Job Summary

Maintenance Sales Rep Position

Our client is an industry leader in the design installation and service of HVAC refrigeration process piping building automation and plumbing systems. With a strong commitment to both design-build projects and service upgrades they offer full benefits and a competitive 401k match. They are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Sales Rep to join their dedicated commercial construction team. The role is focused on selling HVAC services retrofits upgrades scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair as well as unit replacement and design changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Selling agreements and services to commercial construction accounts of all types for HVAC service retrofits upgrades scheduled and emergency maintenance and repair unit replacement and design changes.
  • Prospecting and networking to develop leads and opportunities.
  • Identifying and prequalifying new business writing proposals and contracts.
  • Accompanying techs and attending training sessions to grow product knowledge.
  • Acquainting customers with technical product info highlighting solutions brought by the products and assisting with rebates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years experience in sales and marketing of technical products systems or services. HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
  • Adept at identifying customer needs and delivering service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-directed and motivated with proven time management and sales results.
