High-Rise Community HOA Manager - Envy Condominiums (Scottsdale AZ) HOAMCO is seeking to hire a High Rise Community HOA Manager at One Lexington Ave Condominiums located at 1 E Lexington Phoenix. This is a full-time salaried position to manage the day to day activities of a high rise property and handles all property operations as required by the Board of Directors and homeowners. This manager is responsible to consistently adhere to and perpetuate the mission and vision of the association. Qualifications: 1. 5 years of Community HOA Management Experience (On-Site Community Manager preferred) 2. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment 3. Excellent communication skills Job Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge to maintain all applicable State and Federal regulations and governing documents of this Association 2. Attend all of HOAMCOs appropriate training classes meetings and seminars 3. Review budgets and evaluate ways to improve service and/or cut expenses 4. Create and prepare complete Board of Director packets including Newsletters Agendas etc. per the direction of the Board 5. Manage Board of Directors (BOD) Homeowner and Community relations. Attend all community meetings including committee meetings as appropriate 6. Take Board resident and vendor calls determine and execute appropriate action 7. Conduct all walkthroughs (landscape building violations architectural review work order verifications etc) based on daily weekly and monthly checklists 8. Develop and prepare appropriate annual draft budget for BOD approval. Implement and manage to the budget monthly 9. Ensure all preventative maintenance procedures and policies are adhered to by engineering staff 10. Establish and maintain building Emergency Guidelines. Implement oversee and maintain guidelines including conducting fire drills emergency equipment etc 11. Foster team building among all employees involved on the accounts 12. Coordinate and oversee Association third party contracts advising Board of performance 13. Manage bid processes 14. Educate Association Board members on changes to legislation that affect their HOA 15. Responsible for all aspects of the annual meeting/election process 16. This position is responsible for front desk duties including greeting owners/vendors incoming and outgoing packaging system verification of visitors overall management of staff monitoring and assisting in the collection of delinquencies assisting the Boards and Committees with financial planning knowing and enforcing CC&Rs being familiar with Associations plat maps building inspections and coordination of repairs and maintenance on the common areas. Applicants should have excellent customer service and computer skills be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment. This position has flexible hours that may include evening Board meetings and an occasional weekend. Successful HOA management experience is a must.
