To develop and manage the Oracle Support relationship with a designated large customer or small number of medium customers throughout the go live and post go live engagement. Our mission is to maximize the customers use of Support Services drive high degree of satisfaction and reference ability and to protect Support revenue streams with quality of care and application troubleshooting.

Successful candidates should be experienced with troubleshooting OS Linux and Windows and have some basic level database skills. We work directly with end users in the Cerner and/or Oracle Health EMR Production Environment.

As a Integration Support Architect we represent our customers as a single point of contact within Oracle.

  • We manage the contract or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties.
  • Plan and deploy Support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints.
  • Advise the customer stakeholders on the effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products tools systems interfaces and procedures.
  • Assure and improve the quality of the service and maintain accurate account information.
  • Assist in the renewal of Support contracts and contribute to pre-sales activities.
  • Communicate opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars.


Responsibilities

Triage any reported incidents within the software suite for Cerner Millennium

Provide escalation path and superior customer communication until such a time a remedy can be approved.

Record product issues and place them in the internal path for ongoing deployment improvements

Troubleshoot issues in both Linux and Windows Server 2016 (and up)

Investigate potential issues with database

US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70600 to $141200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
