As the HeadConcierge we rely on you to:
- Leading the Concierge team
- Provide a personalized guest service
- Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
- Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
- Keep up-to-date the latest trends in the industry and review the standard operating procedures
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Is a self-starter and a team player
- Effective ledership skills

- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
