Job Summary

TheChannelDevelopmentHeadis responsible fordriving the growth and development of bancassurance channels. Thisrolewillleadstrategic initiatives to strengthenexisting and newdistribution channels foster partnerships and implement digital innovations.Theincumbentwill work closely with internal teams and external partners tooptimizecustomer touchpoints elevatecustomerexperience andachieve businessobjectives.

Position Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Formulate and drive the execution of strategic plans aimed at expanding andoptimizingbancassurance channels.
  • Identifyand develop newleadsopportunities toincrease penetration.

Channel and Partnership Development:

  • Strengthen existing relationships with bank partners and seek new collaborations to enhance distribution efficiency.
  • Work with partners to co-create solutions that meet both customer needs and businessobjectives.

Digital Innovation and Transformation:

  • Lead the adoption of digital technologies to enhancesales andcustomer engagementtostreamline channel operations.
  • Oversee the development of digital platforms that improve customer interaction and service delivery.

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement initiatives that improve customer touchpoints and satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform continuous improvement efforts.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Establish metrics and KPIs for assessing the performance of bancassurance channels.
  • Regularly review and report on progress against business development goals.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Manage andguideDigitalEnablement teamto achieve strategicand businessobjectives.
  • Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and excellence within the team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Holderwithmore than 10yearsofrelevant experiencepreferably in insurance banking and / or fintech.

  • BusinessDevelopment andProjectmanagement experience preferablywithchanneldigital and technology initiatives

  • Human Centered Design (HCD) and Agile experiencewould be an advantage

  • Bancassuranceindustry experience is preferred but not

  • Data drivenin making decisions and crafting strategies to rollout digital initiatives

  • Must havevery strongwritten verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Customer Focus:Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to improvingthe customerand userexperience.
  • Financial Acumen:Strong understanding of financial metrics and the ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
