Position Overview
Senior Art Directors formulate concepts and can lead creatives in executing art direction to be presented to clients. They provide ideas that inspire others and have a great range of art direction styles. Senior Art Directors bring together client needs and strategic insights to produce breakthrough and award-worthy work. Humor craftsmanship intellectual curiosity and ownership are essential qualities!
Responsibilities
- Concept and art direct with a strong strategic creative sense.
- Craft designs to produce effective broadcast digital and experiential campaigns.
- Work closely with all departments as a team player to ensure that the creative needs of your brands are met
- Work with internal and external production partners to execute work for various mediums
- Deliver internal presentations to senior creatives and/or clients
- Develop campaigns from start to finish that are on brand and on brief
- Contribute to and participate in new business pitches
- Mentor junior creative talent
- Find creative opportunities where possible even if they havent been assigned.
Qualifications
- Four year degree is required.
- 5 years of agency or marketing experience
- Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign Photoshop and Illustrator

- Experience coming up with strong creative platforms
- Experience managing creative presentation decks
- Industry awarded work preferred

The salary range for this position is below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on among other factors actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employees/applicants background pertinent experience and qualifications.
Salary Range
$99000 - $130000 USD
