Job Summary
Operations AssistantGeneral Responsibilities:Provide support to the Operations Department through efficient and accurate data management and excellent customer service skills. The Operations Department supports the district through management of the Food Service Department Transportation Department Building Use and District special projectsQualifications::Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience Effective oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills to manage multiple computer applications Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Operations Department. Manage data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Serve as a point of contact for the FPS community via in-person phone and email interactions. Assist families district staff and other customers with registrations payment setups general questions and data collection. Maintain professional clear and timely communication at all times. Print ID Cards Prepare and post reports Monitor data and data flow for various departments Assist with development of marketing material and social media posts Follow district procedures relating to department functions Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations Terms of employment: 18 hours per week year-round additional time for peak seasons
