We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to support a rapidly growing skincare brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness understands current skincare trends and is eager to contribute to brand building storytelling campaign execution innovation support and daily marketing operations.
This hybrid role is based in New York and requires strong cross-functional collaboration.
Assist with new product development and launch processes including concepting copywriting product positioning packaging sample coordination and competitive research.
Prepare retailer submission decks and support go-to-market planning.
Work closely with sales and retail partners to develop online and in-store promotional plans aligned with brand strategy.
Support retailer-specific initiatives across beauty specialty channels.
Assist in planning coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital social and retail platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative and communication touchpoints.
Coordinate PR events sampling activations and pop-up experiences.
Manage logistics vendor communication timelines and deliverables.
Track SKU performance and campaign results.
Support weekly and monthly reporting including:
Weekly 360 marketing deck
Newness performance tracker
Monthly demand planning
Assist with inventory management across brand and retail channels.
Conduct competitive analysis and beauty trend research to inform strategy and future product innovation.
Provide insights to support brand positioning and long-term planning.
Partner closely with R&D Supply Chain Sales and other teams to support product innovation and ensure strong execution.
Help drive brand awareness sales growth profitability and inventory health.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience ideally within skincare beauty or CPG.
Experience working with beauty specialty retailers (e.g. Sephora Ulta).
Strong communication organization and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite Canva or Google Analytics is a plus.
Passion for skincare and strong understanding of beauty consumer trends.
Strong analytical skills and ability to support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with R&D Supply Chain and Sales.
Ability to read Korean; strong preference for candidates who can read write and speak Korean.
