Description
Ithaca and Cortland locations (would float between) will have advanced notice of location from week to week-tries not to split up week between locations. 8 hours m-f some Saturday shifts (730-1p). Experience in rehab or mental health preferred any outpatient center exp will be considered-attention to detail-dealing with controlled substances-cannot make any medication errors. Candidates need to have compassion towards all patients. Dosing calibration and set up done at 7am 730 patients arrive will give dosage to patients needs to have empathy since they are dealing with unique patients most patients use the facility as their primary care so do general wellness checks with them. give liquid methadone will do other injectable medications from time to time. There will always have RN on shift and a nurse practitioner will assist NP with rooming when not giving dosage (blood pressure vitals check info verification collecting urine etc). Uses Epic for charting but use Evolve for dosing.
