Role: Salesforce Automation Engineer

Location: Albany NY or NYC

Duration: 12 months

Duties and Responsibilities:

It is a full time 8 hours per day job (9:00am to 5:00pm or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm). An automation engineer for Salesforce is responsible for implementing Salesforce solutions that enable program capabilities such as case management eligibility and citizen engagement. Working under the guidance of the Solution Architect a Salesforce developer turns architecture blueprints into functional high performing and secure applications that meets agencys needs.
Mandatory Qualifications
Level II-More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Automation Engineer
Level II- More than seven (7) years of Salesforce development experience using various Salesforce products (e.g. Service Cloud Data Cloud CRM/Case Management etc).
Level II- More than 3 years of experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows OmniStudio Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC where needed to automate business process and case management processes.

Desirable Qualifications

6 months of expereince in integrating Salesforce with other business applications using REST/SOAP APIs Named Credentials and middleware (MuleSoft and other API & integration platforms).
1 year of experience in Salesforce data model and security model
6 months of experience in configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
6 months of experience in configuring case management for public sector.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certificate
